Responsibilities

• Provide legal services including legal research, analysis and recommendations related to e-waste recycling program implementations.
• Advise and represent the Department in administrative actions enforcing e-waste and beverage container recycling laws.
• Assist in drafting regulations and guidelines for the Department.
• Prepare and file judgments or renewals related to collections against violators.
• Handle requests under the California Public Records Act.
