Job summary

Russells Technical Products seeks a Stock Assembler for first shift in Michigan. You will assemble stock assemblies and environmental test chambers, using hand and power tools and cleanroom-grade materials as needed.

Candidate should read blueprints, follow work instructions, and perform precision measurements. Basic brazing/soldering is required, with a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with basic tools.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with brazing and/or soldering.

Responsibilities

• Read, comprehend and follow Department Work Instructions.
• Properly assemble Stock Assemblies and/or chambers, using hand and power tools.
• Read/use standard measuring devices.
• Use RTV silicones and similar adhesive/sealants
• Use cleaning chemicals such as dish soap and aerosol degreasers
• Perform basic wiring connections and techniques.
• Braze/solder copper, brass or other similar materials
