Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Environmental Biologist II to join the Environmental Planning and Permitting Group in Indianapolis, IN. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, ecology, environmental science, natural resources, wildlife biology, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Ability to travel for field assignments.
• Valid US Driver's License and pre-employment driving record verification.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wetland delineation reports and related habitat assessments.
• Support Section 404/401 permit applications and agency coordination.
• Coordinate technical tasks and manage project deliverables.
• Conduct field investigations including wetland delineations, stream assessments, and species habitat surveys.
• Utilize GIS and environmental data for constraint analyses and permit support.
