Join an established law firm as an Environmental Law Associate / Staff Attorney. This is a full-time, remote position based in Northeast Ohio, with a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Practice law in Ohio, focusing on environmental issues
• Handle remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties
• Manage transaction-triggered environmental laws and environmental risk in contracts
• Work with environmental insurance policies, project financing, land use, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• License to practice law in Ohio
