Job Details

As an Environmental Law Associate / Environmental Attorney on our team, we are looking for :

License to practice law in OH

Residence in Northeast Ohio

5+ years of professional experience

JD from an accredited law school

Experience with remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties, transaction-triggered environmental laws, the allocation and management of environmental risk in contracts, the role of environmental insurance policies as a risk management tool in transactions, project financing, environmental land use issues and environmental regulatory compliance
