Job summary

The role covers the full range of environmental matters, including civil and administrative litigation, regulatory counseling, permitting and transactional work, with appearances before New Jersey agencies and courts.

You will advise clients on compliance, remediation and liability and support related real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in complex environmental practice spanning litigation, regulatory, permitting or transactional work.
• New Jersey bar admission is required.
• New York admission or transferable UBE score is a plus but not required.
• Writing samples will be requested.

An established New Jersey firm is adding an environmental attorney to its practice.

New Jersey is one of the most heavily regulated environmental markets in the country. This seat works the full range of it.

What You Will Do

Handle complex environmental matters across civil and administrative litigation, regulatory counseling, permitting and transactional work. Appear before New Jersey state agencies and courts. Advise clients on compliance, remediation and liability. Support the environmental side of corporate and real estate transactions.

What You Have

Three or more years in complex environmental practice spanning litigation, regulatory, permitting or transactional work. New Jersey bar admission is required.
