Join an established law firm as a Environmental Law Associate / Staff Attorney. This is a 100% remote position based in Northeast Ohio, with a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $160,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases involving remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties
• Work on transaction-triggered environmental laws
• Manage environmental risks in contracts
• Utilize environmental insurance policies for risk management
• Engage in project financing, land use issues, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
