Job Title: Environmental Law Attorney / Associate Attorney (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Associate / Staff Attorney to join our established law firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental law and be licensed to practice in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases related to remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties
• Manage transaction-triggered environmental laws
• Assess environmental risks in contracts and manage environmental insurance policies
• Work on project financing, land use issues, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• License to practice law in Ohio
• Residency in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience in environmental law
• JD from an accredited law school
