Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to join Emplify Health in a 2nd shift role. You will work 40 hours per week providing waste disposal and cleaning services within a healthcare setting, delivering empathetic care to patients and staff.

The position emphasizes dependability, teamwork and strong organizational skills, with opportunities for professional development and tuition investment as part of our supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year Healthcare Environmental Services experience desired.
• Ability to work 2nd shift and on-call weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work 40 hours/week on 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm), with every 5th weekend on call (8am–10am).
• Collaborate with health care team to provide waste disposal and cleaning services.
• Demonstrate dependability, problem solving, team building and organizational skills.
• Work with patient care professionals to provide service with empathy.

What you will do:

• Work 40 hours/week - 2nd shift 3pm to 1130 pm Monday-Friday every 5th weekend on call (8am – 10am).
• Work collaboratively with health care team members to provide waste disposal and cleaning services.
• Demonstrate dependability, problem solving, team building skills, and organizational skills.
• Work with a team of talented patient care professionals to provide service with empathy.
