About Trinity Health Livonia

Job Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain patient areas, public spaces, exam rooms, and offices.
• Clean, disinfect, dust surfaces, and replenish supplies.
• Spot clean carpets and upholstery, clean spills, change linens, and make beds.
• Operate cleaning equipment, mop floors, and dispose of waste properly.
• Report equipment repairs and safety issues.

Physical and Safety Requirements

• Walk and stand for 90% of the time, squat, kneel, lift (up to 40 lbs), and use proper body mechanics.
• Follow safety policies, identify risks, and maintain a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Experience in customer service or cleaning preferred.
