Job summary

Threshold Giving, in partnership with Greenpeace, seeks an Environmental Advocate to engage the public on streets, events, and retail locations across Seattle, turning conversations into monthly supporters for Greenpeace campaigns.

You'll present compelling environmental stories, meet fundraising goals, and maintain accurate records while working outdoors in a fast-paced team. Full-time opportunities with training, weekend availability, and a mission-driven culture await you.

As an Environmental Advocate, you’ll be the trusted voice in your community - engaging the public, answering questions, and inspiring support for campaigns that protect climate, oceans, and the right to protest.

Your Role as a Face-to-Face Fundraiser

You’ll help grow a community of monthly supporters whose gifts power Greenpeace campaigns. Through personal conversations on busy streets, at events, retail locations, and in neighborhoods, you’ll highlight urgent issues and show how people can take lasting action. Face-to-face fundraising allows real-time engagement, builds understanding, and drives meaningful, lasting progress.

• Competitive base pay ($20-$25/hour depending on market) + uncapped bonus opportunities
• Full-time positions available. Part-time is available only if you can complete the first two weeks of training full-time, then work a part-time schedule that includes Saturdays and Sundays
