Job summary

Threshold Giving is hiring an Environmental Advocate to engage the public in Seattle and other markets, sharing stories and campaigns to recruit monthly supporters and drive action. You’ll work face-to-face, represent the Sierra Club, and help achieve fundraising goals in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for environmental protection and creating positive change.
• Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with the public daily.
• Reliable and self-motivated; prior sales/fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to complete two weeks of full-time training; weekend availability required for part-time schedules.
