Job summary

The Bachrach Group in Youngstown, OH is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead safety and environmental programs in a manufacturing setting. The role partners with Operations, Maintenance, HR and plant leadership to reduce risk and ensure compliance.

You will conduct inspections, lead incident investigations, manage compliance for LOTO, machine guarding, PPE, HazCom, forklifts and hearing conservation, and maintain OSHA/EHS records while building a strong safety

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety and environmental compliance.
• Experience with incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
• OSHA 30, ASP, CSP, or OHST certification preferred.
• Metal fabrication, stamping, roll forming, or similar experience is a plus.
• Environmental permitting and industrial hygiene experience preferred.
