Title: Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

About the Role:

This person will serve as the strategic and visible EHS leader, reporting to the VP of Operations and working closely with site‑based EHS Specialists and a Senior Operations Safety Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and continuously improve company‑wide safety programs
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims, root cause investigations, and corrective actions
• Drive behavioral safety initiatives, safety committees, and floor‑level engagement
• Manage OSHA compliance, regulatory audits, and environmental reporting
• Oversee safety alerts, training programs, and process documentation
• Ensure safe ammonia refrigeration and spiral freezer operations
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, HR, and Engineering leaders to reinforce a safety‑first culture

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree required; CSP certification strongly preferred
• 5+ years of EHS leadership in food or beverage manufacturing
