  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders—operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors—to identify EHS risks and gain alignment on priorities.
  • Coach and mentor site leaders to assess and control risk, reinforce safe behaviors and integrate EHS into daily management.
  • Oversee workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work programs; coordinate medical monitoring and industrial hygiene activities as required.
  • Manage regulatory reporting—air, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste, EPCRA, OSHA logs, DOT—and stay current with evolving Federal, State and local regulations.
  • Ensure contractor and visitor compliance with EHS and security requirements.
  • Support regional and corporate EHS initiatives, audits and continuous improvement projects.
  • Other duties as assigned to support facility growth, productivity and risk management.

  • Strong incident investigation, root‑cause analysis and corrective action management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build partnerships across all levels of a matrix organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
