Job summary

CDRP Technologies is seeking a Safety Health & Environment Manager in Cannon Falls, MN to lead EHS programs ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance and to support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. You will partner with operations and facilities teams to identify risks, investigate incidents, and implement engineering controls to reduce injuries and environmental impacts.

You will develop and continuously improve EHS policies, conduct assessments, and lead training to foster a culture of safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain EHS programs to ensure OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulations compliance while supporting ISO 14001 and OHSAS/ISO 45001 management systems.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and facilities teams to identify risks, investigate incidents, and implement controls to reduce injuries and environmental impacts.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, and site-wide programs to foster a strong culture of safety and regulatory excellence across the facility.
• Conduct safety and industrial hygiene assessments, analyze trends, evaluate sampling results, and provide actionable recommendations to address hazards and compliance risks.
• Lead EHS training strategy and delivery to equip employees with knowledge and tools for safe and effective work.

Conduct safety and industrial hygiene assessments, analyze trends, evaluate sampling results, and provide actionable recommendations to proactively address workplace hazards and compliance risks.

Lead EHS training strategy and delivery, identifying organizational training needs and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to work safely and effectively.
