Environ. Service Technician-Janitor/Custodian - $14.00 Old National

Join us as an Environmental Services Technician (Janitor/Custodian) at Goodwill of North Georgia. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Role

As an Environmental Services Technician, your primary responsibility is to maintain a clean and safe environment in our stores through housekeeping and janitorial duties. The full-time schedule consists of 4 consecutive 8-hour days, while the part-time schedule covers the remaining 3 days, also 8 hours each.

Key Responsibilities

• Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and polishing to keep the store presentable
• Using buffers and floor scrubbers (training provided)
• Managing trash and bathroom cleanliness
• Following safety protocols in compliance with ISO regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. with or without accommodations
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and grasp for extended periods
• Ability to work in various conditions, including heat, cold, and dusty environments

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• One or more years of janitorial or custodial experience
