Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings in assigned work areas following established policies and procedures.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Required Skills/Knowledge
Requires ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Must have excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate positively with patients, families, and staff.
Ability to operate vacuums, buffers, shampooers, auto scrubbers, burnishers, carpet extractors, and other related cleaning equipment.
Ability to properly utilize internal communication devices such as beepers, cell phones, walkie-talkies when assigned.
Must have the physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds routinely and 60 pounds occasionally; bend from waist and knees; reach overhead; and stand for prolonged periods.
