Responsibilities

• Set-up of presses to desired specifications prior to starting job.
• Inspect product visually by separating envelopes.
• Maintain accurate counts of envelopes to boxes, cartons, and skids.
• Unpack envelopes uniformly and neatly while keeping up with press speed.
• Place envelopes onto press feeds.
• Check orders for accurate labeling, printing and packaging.
• Remove paper jams and perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Adjust ink and water roller pressures as needed.
• Maintain the work area.
