Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

• Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up inserting equipment according to job tickets.
• Safely operate inserting equipment.
• Identify output not meeting specs and adjust.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and calibrate as needed.
• Communicate with supervision and team.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Sort cards and mail to ensure proper order.
• Report quality issues to Production Supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Cross-train on inserting equipment.
• Adhere to HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
