Requirements
We welcome candidates with transferable mechanical or technical skills—printing experience is a plus but not required. (We will train you.)
- Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, automotive or equipment repair, facilities maintenance, or other mechanical trades.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity for how machines work.
- Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, etc.).
- Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions.
- Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Comfort working in tight areas or performing precise manual tasks.
- A commitment to quality and problem‑solving under pressure.
