Job summary

Kettering Health Network is seeking a full‑time housekeeping associate in Wilmington on the third shift to help maintain clean, safe patient-care areas, including operating rooms, sterile processing, and MRI support.

You will document daily assignments, deliver supplies, handle waste, and interact professionally with staff and patients while following PPE and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of housekeeping and/or service-related field
• Floor care experience
• Able to lift/push/pull 10lbs to 25lbs daily
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service towards staff and patients
• Knowledge of electronic devices (computer, tablets, etc.)
• Ability to read, write, communicate and understand written instructions given in English
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must have the ability to plan, initiate responsibilities and follow through with the minimum direction
• Strong communication skills, attitude, and attendance
