Kettering Health is seeking an Environmental Service Worker II to support cleaning and safety within designated areas, ensuring strict adherence to guidelines and efficient documentation of daily tasks.

The role involves sterilized zones like Operating rooms, sterile processing, and MRI, while delivering supplies and maintaining equipment storage. A strong customer-service mindset and ability to use electronic devices will be essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of housekeeping or related service required
• Floor care experience required
• Able to lift/push/pull 10lbs to 25lbs daily
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service toward staff and patients
• Knowledge of electronic devices (computer, tablets, etc.)
• Ability to read, write, communicate and understand written instructions in English
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to plan, initiate responsibilities and follow through with minimum direction
• Strong communication skills, attitude, and attendance requirements
