Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) offers an Environmental Services Manager in Training program designed to develop you to manage environmental services at a long‑term care facility. The 12‑week paid program combines hands‑on and computer‑based training to prepare you to oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
