Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs invites qualified students to join its Environmental Engineering Intern program in Columbus, Ohio. Qualifications

Enrollment in Bachelor of Science program in the field of Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or other related technical degree
Completion of at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2027

Responsibilities

Assist with environmental data acquisition, management, and reporting processes supporting adherence to Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act and Resource Conservation & Recovery Act requirements
Assist with special projects and environmental investigations supporting environmental compliance with applicable permits and rules
Assist with other environmental programs such as energy efficiency, waste minimization, GHG emissions reduction, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
Various other tasks as needed

Education

Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering
