Product Marketing Manager

Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 / year

Description

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused product marketing leader who will play a critical role in positioning our software and payments solutions for growth. You'll be responsible for defining go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and enabling the sales and customer success teams to effectively engage and convert our target audiences. A successful candidate will be a strong communicator, collaborator, and strategist who thrives on translating product value into business impact. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will collaborate closely with product, sales, customer success, customer marketing and demand generation teams. This full-time, salaried role is remote-eligible, with a preference for candidates in CST or EST.

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning for Enumerate's products and solutions.
  • Translate technical features into business benefits tailored to specific personas and verticals.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across marketing, sales, and customer-facing materials.

Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature rollouts in partnership with product and sales.
  • Collaborate with demand generation to align campaigns with product priorities and messaging.
  • Support pricing, packaging, and competitive differentiation strategies.

Sales & Customer Enablement
  • Create and maintain high-impact enablement tools including pitch decks, battle cards, product sheets, FAQs, and case studies.
  • Train and support the sales and customer success teams on product positioning and objection handling.
  • Establish feedback loops with customer-facing teams to improve messaging and inform roadmap priorities.

Market Intelligence
  • Conduct market research to understand buyer personas, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor messaging, GTM strategies, and positioning to identify opportunities.

Content Development & Thought Leadership
  • Partner with demand gen and customer marketing to develop blog posts, webinars, videos, and whitepapers that reinforce product value and use cases.
  • Drive customer stories and case studies that showcase product impact.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS, software or payments company.
  • Proven ability to build messaging frameworks, GTM plans, and sales enablement programs.
  • Experience collaborating with product, sales, and customer operations teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset and experience using data to inform positioning and content strategy.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and in-app messaging platforms.
  • Ability to work in ET or CT hours with occasional travel (~7%).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
