Job summary

The Fisher Organization, representing the New England division of American Income Life, invites ambitious individuals to start as an Entry-Level Manager on a leadership development track. This fully remote role focuses on coaching agents, shaping sales strategies, and building high-impact leadership through hands-on team involvement.

No degree is required, and the path offers mentorship, a merit-based progression plan, and travel opportunities, with earnings from commissions and growth potential

Qualifications
