HireFinderRPO in East Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Bilingual Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, building relationships, and guiding applicants through the hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and maintain candidate records in our systems. Fluency in English and Spanish and strong communication are essential.
