6. Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

1. Perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
2. Create Matterport videos for use by estimators and adjusters.
3. Maintain a focus on providing excellent customer service.
4. Ensure the truck is clean, properly stocked, and organized, and maintain all company equipment.
5. Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
6. Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks as required.
7. Proactively assist other team members and take on a leadership role when needed.
