HHV is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate in California to join our growing team. This role focuses on in-person customer engagement, brand awareness, and introductory sales strategies.

No prior experience is required; paid training and hands-on coaching are provided. You will support promotions at retail locations and events, learning core marketing skills with clear opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through in-person marketing and customer engagement
• Assist with promotional campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Interact directly with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Support sales and marketing initiatives at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
• Learn and apply customer engagement, sales, and marketing strategies
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Help track campaign activity, customer interactions, and basic performance metrics
• Work with team members to achieve marketing, sales, and customer engagement goals
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen brand relationships
