Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily service requests.
• Educate customers about windshield repair, windshield replacement, and other automotive services.
• Explain service options, pricing, and available promotions.
• Assist customers with insurance claim information and required documentation.
• Recommend additional services, including window tint, headlight restoration, and mobile auto glass service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
