Impact is seeking a Press Helper/Web Pressman I in Saint Cloud, MN for 1st and 2nd shifts. This entry-level role assists in web press operations under experienced operators, learns press fundamentals, and supports daily production while upholding safety procedures.

The position offers on‑the‑job training, opportunities for growth, and a safe, team‑oriented work environment in the offset printing department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn web press operations.
• Basic mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior press operators with setup, makeready, and press operation.
• Load paper rolls and thread webs through the press.
• Monitor ink, water, and paper flow during production runs.
• Perform basic press adjustments and assist with changeovers.
• Inspect printed product for quality issues and review samples.

Skills

Basic mechanical aptitude
