Job summary

A growing solar installation company based in the United States seeks Entry Level Solar Installers in Wilmington, DE and Bethlehem, PA. Ideal candidates are team players with experience working outdoors and at heights. You will have the opportunity for significant advancement in your career within 12-18 months, with pay increases and full benefits including 401k matching and paid certifications. Entry Level Installers start at $18 per hour with raises possible after 90 days, along with paid drive time to projects.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
• Must be able to commute to Wilmington.
• Must have personal or professional experience working outdoors and at heights.
• Must not have a fear of heights.
• Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather.
• Willing to get OSHA certified, paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels on residential properties.
• Work as part of a team, starting early and often working overtime.
• Comply with safety regulations while working at heights.
