A growing solar installation company based in the United States seeks Entry Level Solar Installers in Wilmington, DE and Bethlehem, PA. Ideal candidates are team players with experience working outdoors and at heights. We have FULL TIME Residential Solar Installer positions available in Wilmington, DE and Bethlehem, PA

Entry Level Solar Installers (Wilmington, DE and Bethelehem, PA)

We have FULL TIME Residential Solar Installer positions available in Wilmington, DE as well as in Bethlehem, PA. Entry Installers with experience working at HEIGHTS are welcome and training will be provided. Entry level installers start at $18 an hour and get an increase to $20 an hour after 90 days. Experienced Residential Installers will start off at a higher salary based on experience. Company is continuing to grow in 2023

Requirements

• Must have a VALID DRIVER's LICENSE AND a very safe driving history (Less than 3 points, no prior suspensions or DWI's)
• Must be able to commute to Wilmington
• Must have personal or professional experience working outdoors and up at heights
• Must not have a fear of heights (yes, safety equipment is provided)
• Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder
• Must be able to work in all types of weather
• Must be a team player
• Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company)
• Reliable car to get to work to meet your crew at 6am in Wilmington at the warehouse....

Team oriented/dependableWork on average 50 hours a week...some weeks it's more like 60-70 hours

How does the pay work:

Entry level installers start at $18 an hour and get an increase to $20 an hour after 90 days. Experienced Residential Installers will start off at a higher salary based on experience.

Lead: $1875 - $2150 (with NABCEP)/per week--

You can work your way up to a Lead within 12-18 months!

Level 4: $1375-$1650(with NABCEP)/per week

Level 3: $1,100 - $1,375 (with NABCEP) per week

Level 2: $990- $1,200 (with entry NABCEP)/per week

Entry Level Installer: $990 a week (Entry pay is $18 for entry level installers with a raise to $20.00 after 90 days. The $990 a week includes 10 hours of over time)

Who typically makes a great Entry Solar Installers? Veterans, HVAC Techs, Roofers, Tower Climbers, Tree Climbers, and people with a background in construction
