Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year compression process experience or related training.
• Some knowledge of gas processes and compressor systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of compression units and ensure proper prep for use.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and develop on-the-job skills.
• Attend HSE meetings and follow safety protocols.
• Analyze parts/inventory and communicate needs to Supply Chain.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide service support.
• Achieve high mechanical availability with corrective actions as needed.
• Keep assigned units clean and report as required.
• Provide 24/7 coverage and participate in on-call rotations.
