Job summary

• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Explain the employment services program to clients.
• Assess customer needs and develop employment plans using job search, work experience, education and training.
• Establish and monitor self-sufficiency goals and maintain case records.
• Explain child care program and assess customer needs.
• Interview individuals for assistance and collect necessary information.
• Process applications for financial assistance and determine eligibility.
