The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and is ready to perform routine duties, cleaning, and assist in shipping under supervision. No prior experience required beyond safety readiness.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or HSE is required.
• Able to operate powered industrial vehicles and follow SOPs.
• Proactive in cleaning, organizing, and assisting in shipping and maintenance tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and assist in the operation of the mill safely after training.
• Perform general labor tasks including cleaning facilities and maintaining drains.
• Assist in shipping, foreman tasks, and routine preventive maintenance as needed.
• Support outages and provide feedback to foreman with clear communication.
