Arcfield is seeking an aspiring Systems Engineer to support submarine systems for the U.S. Navy, with a strong MBSE focus. You will work on model-based architectures using Cameo, SysML, and related tools, shaping modern engineering solutions and documentation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify requirements, improve SE processes, mentor others, and contribute to deliverables while developing your skills in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Competenze

• BS in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• 0–2 years of systems engineering experience.
• Understanding of SE and Digital Engineering concepts.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office tools and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Interest in MBSE and submarine-related systems is a plus.
