Job summary

P1 Group, Inc. is looking for a Mechanical Construction Entry Project Manager for their Lenexa, Kansas office starting Spring/Summer 2026. This full-time position is tailored for recent college graduates, providing training in mechanical construction. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules, budgets, and progress reviews as directed by the Project Manager.
• Monitors progress, coordinates with the project foreman, and audits site safety.
• Supports the foreman and project manager by providing timely information.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction or mechanical engineering
