International Paper Fort Worth is seeking an Entry Manufacturing Laborer (Helper) for the 1st shift. Pay rate is $21.86 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule 6:00am–2:30pm. Location: Fort Worth Custom Packaging and Retail, 2400 Shamrock Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76107.

Responsibilities include reading orders, measuring, lifting up to 50 pounds, maintaining safety, and performing quality checks. Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred and a reliable attendance record is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret factory orders.
• Basic math skills for shop calculations.
• Ability to read a measuring tape.
• Stable, verifiable work history.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wear all required PPE.
• Proficient use of measuring tape and safe use of a utility knife.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Count and stack finished product.
• Read factory orders.
• Safely lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Read gauges and test equipment.
• Use basic shop math.
• Inspect product and perform quality checks.
• Maintain housekeeping at all times.
• Assist with cleaning-related tasks on the machine area.
• Other duties as assigned.
