Sedgwick is seeking an entry-level Workers' Compensation Claims Assistant to support the claims staff in Roseville, CA and San Diego, CA, in-office. You will learn claims processing basics, enter new claims, and help with letters and reports while delivering friendly customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and teamwork skills, and comfort using Microsoft Office. This role offers growth, hands-on training, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.

Aufgaben

• Set up and enter new claims into the claims management system.
• Input and review notes/diaries in the claims system.
• Process payments and mail; handle filing, faxing and copying.
• Prepare and send letters, reports, and forms.
• Answer calls, set up medical appointments, and provide customer service.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of computer reports.
