Job summary

NSF is seeking a motivated Associate Workday Engineer to join the Enterprise Applications team in a role that emphasizes Workday HCM, reporting, security administration, and process automation. The program offers mentorship and hands-on training to develop expertise across Workday modules and integrations.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency while growing into a Workday Engineer or HR Technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last two years in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, MIS or Human Resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration and support of the Workday platform.
• Help configure and maintain Workday business processes, organizational structures, and security roles.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot user issues and support requests and resolve problems promptly.
• Assist with data loads, audits, validation activities, and system testing.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and system upgrades.
• Document business requirements, processes, and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to identify process improvements.
