Job summary

Fraser, based in Minnesota, is seeking individuals to support children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental needs in a 1:1 clinical or center-based setting. You will apply evidence-based ABA techniques, track progress, and help children develop social, communication, and self-care skills.

No prior experience is required for this role as Fraser offers paid training and supervision, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. Benefits are available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. A bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, child development, or related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in childcare, mental health, or as a paraprofessional is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children aged 2 to 7 years old in a clinical or center-based environment, applying evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Implement and track progress on therapeutic goals, collect data, and engage in activities that help children develop essential skills.
• Foster a positive environment with children through play, movement, singing, reading, and more.
• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors to share progress and feedback.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating therapy space.

Education

Qualifications:
