Job summary

Fraser is seeking dedicated individuals to support children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental needs in Minnesota. This role focuses on 1:1 therapy, applying ABA techniques, data collection, and progress monitoring to help kids reach milestones in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required. A bachelor’s degree in psychology, Sociology, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in childcare, mental health, or as a paraprofessional is a plus, but not required.
  • Other: Reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with children aged 2 to 7 years old in a clinical or center-based environment, applying evidence-based ABA techniques.
  • Implement and track progress on therapeutic goals, collect data, and engage in activities that help children develop skills (social awareness, communication, self-care, safety).
  • Foster a positive environment with play, movement, singing, reading, and more.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors to share progress and feedback.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating therapy space.

Education

High school diploma or GED
