Job summary

Heltronics Inc. is seeking an entry level Wire Prep Associate to prepare wire for assembly in a small wire harness and electrical mechanical shop by Reading Regional Airport. You should be reliable, on time, and able to work well alone or with others with good attention to detail.

The role involves learning wire splicing, standing or sitting for long periods, and lifting up to 45 lbs. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
• Able to traverse stairs multiple times daily when moving stock around the building.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor inventory levels
• Process incoming and outgoing orders efficiently
• Handle packages with care and accuracy
• Load and unload shipments safely
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation
• Organize warehouse space for optimal workflow
• Receive shipments and verify contents
• Replenish stock as needed and ensure items are put in the correct designated areas.
