Job summary

Bern's Steak House in Tampa, FL is seeking entry level wine cellar associates to clean, organize, sort and maintain the warehouse and wine cellar with care and accuracy in a busy environment. Experience is not required.

You will work the PM shift from 4pm to midnight, give tours, locate bottles, restock wines, and keep the cellar and warehouse safe and organized. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required in wine cellar operations.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and handle inventory.
• Follow sanitation and cleanliness policies at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Work quickly and safely in a busy restaurant environment.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Bern's Steak House islooking for entry level wine cellar associateswho can clean, organize, sort and maintain the warehouse and wine cellar with care and accuracy in a busy environment. Experience is not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• PM Shift 4pm-midnight
• Our wine cellar stewards are expected to give tours of our wine cellar, locate bottles within our extensive collection, polish glasses and help keep our cellar and warehouse organized, clean and safe.
• Restock wines depleted from the previous day with inventory from a nearby warehouse location. Both the warehouse and the cellar require a fair amount of climbing ladders.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Maintain a clean work station throughout entire shift

You would be working under a staff of Four Sommeliers with a group of about a dozen other wine cellar stewards in a fast paced kitchen environment.
