Job summary

Shine Window Cleaning is seeking an entry‑level Window Technician. You’ll be paired with a Crew leader and trained to clean residential and commercial windows, gutters, perform power washing, and install Christmas lights.

As a Technician, you’ll follow guidance from your Crew leader, work as a team to complete jobs professionally, and uphold high quality standards throughout each project.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of moving a 70lb ladder and working from heights safely.
• Proactive with a strong work ethic and must stay busy.
• Customer satisfaction should be the top priority, doing things the right way.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of a Crew leader to perform tasks.
• Assist with cleaning windows, gutters, power washing, and installing Christmas lights.
• Maintain high quality standards and work as a team to complete jobs efficiently.
