Job summary

Shine of Franklin is seeking an entry-level window technician to join our team. You will work under a Crew leader, quickly trained to clean residential and commercial windows, gutters, power washing, and installing Christmas lights.

You will perform these tasks under guidance, collaborating with the crew to complete jobs professionally and efficiently, while upholding high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable to move a 70lb ladder and work from heights safely.
• Must demonstrate initiative and stay busy throughout the day.
• Must prioritize customer satisfaction and do things the right way, even when it’s challenging.
• Must be personable and presentable with customers in person and on the phone.
• Attention to detail; ensure every inch of every project is inspected and perfect.

Job Summary

A window technician is our entry-level position. You'll be paired with a Crew leader and quickly get trained to clean residential and commercial windows, gutters, power washing, and installing Christmas lights. As a Technician, you'll be responsible for performing these tasks at the guidance of your Crew leader, working as a team to get the job done in a professional and efficient manner, while holding yourself up to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Physically capable and able to safely move a 70lb ladder repeatedly throughout the day for cleaning windows and gutters, and work from heights safely.
• Initiative: we're looking for people that NEED to stay busy. If you don't mind standing around throughout the day or like to work at a slow casual pace, you won't be successful here.
• You must be able to make the customer's satisfaction your top priority. If you take pride in doing things the "right way" even when that's the "hard way", that's what we're looking for.
• Personable and presentable: Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor, both in-person face to face with the customer, and on the phone.
• Eye for detail: The details matter! We take pride in being very thorough, ensuring every inch of every project is inspected and perfect before we finish.
