As a Benefit Specialist, you will build long-lasting relationships with clients, guide them through the insurance process, and provide peace of mind by ensuring they have the protection they need.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Outreach: Contact clients who have inquired about their benefits to schedule consultations.
  2. Benefit Reviews: Conduct virtual benefit reviews via Zoom, discussing the options and coverage available to clients.
  3. Client Enrollment: Assist clients with the enrollment process for their life, accident, and supplemental health benefits.
  4. Reporting & Follow-Up: Complete and finalize a report card for each client after their benefits overview is completed.
