Job summary

Senneca Holdings in Grove City, OH is seeking an experienced welder for our daytime production team. This entry-level opening accepts either a welding certification or prior related experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The role focuses on setting up machines, operating projection welders, and ensuring precise part placement and finished dimensions. Candidates should read work orders well and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to exacting specifications and prepare machines for production.
• Operate various projection welding machine setups.
• Arrange job parts by line number and by like pieces for processing.
• Check all dimensions/locations of hardware cut-outs and frame handing for accuracy.
• Mark identification information on material for communication with fellow employees as well as end user.
• Install all required reinforcements, including hinge and strike reinforcements, various kinds of anchors, corner gussets and closer reinforcements.
